Before you start contacting builders or choosing a kitchen, it pays to be clear on exactly what it is you are trying to achieve and your order of priorities. Renovations can quickly become expensive if decisions are made in the wrong order, changes to the plans are made further down the line, or you start buying before you have a firm idea of the bigger picture. 

What the Renovation Roadmap covers

Together we will work through-

  • Your renovation goals and reasons for undertaking the project

  • The practical  requirements for the space

  • Priorities- establish the must-haves and nice-to-haves

  • Budget, direction and where to focus your spending

  • Style, overall design direction and moodboards

  • Layout and practical design ideas 

  • Which trades or professionals are needed to complete the project

  • Recommended sequencing and next steps

  • Where to source materials, finishes and products

  • Any immediate issues that need addressing before works begin

By the end of the day, you’ll have- ​

  • A clearly defined purpose for the renovation

  • Clear project priorities

  • A firm idea of budget and direction

  • A defined vision for the look and feel of your home

  • A practical action plan

  • Greater confidence in the decisions ahead

  • A written Renovation Roadmap to refer back to

We’ll have an initial call, then I’ll send you a short questionnaire to help gain an understanding of your property, your requirements, approximate budget and any relevant background information before we meet.

You will receive a concise written Renovation Roadmap summarising the key decisions, priorities, style direction and recommended next actions. 

On the day

We will begin with a walk- through of the property, then work through vision, lifestyle, priorities, budget, style, sequencing and next steps.

Most Roadmap sessions last around 6-8 hours, depending on the project.

Price £795

50% deposit to secure the date.
Remaining 50% payable before the written Roadmap is issued.

The Renovation Roadmap is an advisory service, rather than full project management.

It does not include technical surveys, structural advice, formal cost plans, contractor supervision, on-going trade liaison or detailed procurement. 

​

If you would like on-going support after the day, you can move into one of the monthly renovation packages.
