Ongoing Support

Renovations rarely move in a perfectly straight line or go quite to plan.

Decisions need to be made, trades need chasing and unexpected issues inevitably crop up throughout the process. Ongoing support, for as long as you need it, gives you an experienced, independent person in your corner and someone to turn to without handing over control of your renovation.

Remote Renovation Support

For homeowners who are happy to stay hands-on but don’t want to make every decision alone.

This package gives you ongoing access to experienced, independent advice, giving you a sounding board throughout your renovation, whether you need help comparing quotes, choosing the right trades, sourcing materials or simply want reassurance before committing to an expensive decision.

Best for: homeowners who are happy to stay hands-on but would value regular guidance, reassurance and someone experienced to discuss all aspects of a project with.

I aim to respond the same working day wherever possible.

Renovation Partner Support

This package is for homeowners who want more than advice from a distance.

​

Alongside ongoing remote support, I can be physically present at key points in the project- attending meetings, site visits, selecting fittings and finishes  alongside you and being there when important decisions need to be made. 

​

It’s designed to reduce the amount you have to carry alone and give you greater confidence that someone who understands the project and your priorities, is in your corner as the project progresses. 

  •  Up to two site visits or in-person meetings per month
  • Attendance at selected trade or contractor meetings
  • WhatsApp & phone support
  • Reviewing quotes and costs
  •  Budget guidance
  •  Researching suitable trades
  •  Sequencing and next step advice
  • Design and moodboard support
  • Product and material research
  • Negotiation advice
  • Help choosing finishes and furnishings
  •  Problem solving as issues arise
  •  Access to trade discounts where appropriate
  • Snagging support during included visits 

£1150  per month

Best for: homeowners who want someone more closely involved at key stages and would value support both remotely and at the property.

Renovate with Confidence

We’ll start with a complimentary 30- minute conversation to understand your renovation, where you are in the process and what kind of support would be most useful. 

Once you have decided to go ahead, I will send you a short questionnaire and ask for any relevant plans, photographs or project information. 

Support then continues month to month.

​

There is a one month minimum commitment, followed by a rolling monthly arrangement with one month’s notice to cancel.

​

​

Please note:  in-person support is location dependent.

​

Additional site visits, mileage and unusually time- consuming work outside of the normal scope of the package can be agreed separately when required.
