Celia, founder of Your Renovation Partner

I’m Celia, and I’ve spent more than ten years working in and around property.

I have a degree in Building Surveying, I’m a property developer myself, and my experience also spans estate agency, property management, holiday lets and eight years running my home organisation business, WeDeclutter.

That combination has given me a broad, practical view of renovation projects. I understand the building side, but I also think about how a home needs to work in everyday life- how people use the space, what matters most to them, where money is best spent and how all the individual decisions come together.

Over time, I found more and more clients asking me to help with their own renovations. Sometimes that meant finding trades, reviewing quotes or attending site meetings. Sometimes it was helping with layouts, finishes and budgets. And often it was simply being the person they could call when they felt stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what to do next.

That’s where the idea for Your Renovation Partner came from.

I realised that many homeowners don’t necessarily want someone to take over their project completely. They want someone experienced and independent in their corner- someone to share the decision making with, help them see the bigger picture and make the whole process feel more manageable and enjoyable.
